Grid2Grid Managing Partner Appointed to Advisory Boards of Mozi Ventures in Mozambique and Cyberflux in Nigeria

Asoka Ranaweera Managing Partner for emergent markets at Grid2Grid, LLC, G2G, has been appointed to the advisory boards of two companies in Africa.
In Mozambique, Asoka has been appointed to the private investment and project development arm of the Peace and National Reconciliation Fund (FPRN) which has been mandated to play a catalytic role in enabling 170,000 demobilized veterans from the country’s conflict to create livelihoods by developing businesses across the economy.
Mozi Ventures CEO Mr. Joao Jamal in a welcome statement said “We believe Asoka’s presence on the advisory board will give us the opportunity to reach out to a large number of international investors with whom we can partner to create businesses and projects that are sustainable over the long run and will aid in national reconciliation.”
In Nigeria, Asoka has been appointed to Cyberflux a private company that specializes in designing and developing decentralized or distributed computing hardware and software systems for energy management solutions known as Normalized Energy Management System or NEMS.
Cyberflux aims to solve a number of challenges in Nigeria through its NEMS solution which uses hardware and software to create scalable energy management applications focused on saving consumers money as well as ensuring their safety when using localized power generators.
